The End of The Stranger
I do believe that meursault had some kind of mental issues because no one in the their right frame of mind would be thinking of the things that he was right before being executed.it was almost as if he were welcoming it. On page 123 he said " I had only wished that there be a large crowd of spectators the day of my execution and that they greet me with cries of hate" from what I understood of his expression was that he was nonchalant about his death. It is what it is
